Editorial and Commercial Photography
Most of my clients think I just do wedding, but I do have another side. Editorial and commercial photography is what you will find me doing when I am not shooting brides and grooms.
Simply put editorial photography is photography that supports the printed word. This is how I approach my editorial and commercial work. I want the viewer to wonder what the back story is to the image or make them want to know more about the image. When I am hired by a client I want the final result to be what they envisioned and better. If I am shooting for a magazine, a fashion line, or promotional work, sitting down with the client beforehand and hearing their ideas is of upmost importance. Understanding my client, knowing their needs, knowing their story, paying attention to the details, being professional, and always having a quick turn around.
As a Raleigh commercial photographer I have your company’s well being at the forefront. The story you want to tell about your company is my goal. A past client described working with me the following way. “He captures moments with photos the way a good story-teller tells a story. While his images are true to character, Chris has a way of making reality whimsical + dreamlike + raw all at the same time + in the same moment” Jenny Yarborough – White Rabbit Yoga Trips
